Matthew Traiser is a highly experienced veteran of the wireless communications infrastructure industry. Over the past 16 years, he has worked for and represented clients with respect to all aspects of communications tower development; from initial site acquisition, leasing, and title curative matters to tenant lease agreements, construction related matters, tower sales and financing. Mr. Traiser served as outside counsel to Princeton Tower Development Company, LLC, SpectraSite Communications, Inc., Interstate Towers, LLC, and served as Assistant General Counsel – Real Estate for Global Signal prior to its merger with Crown Castle International. Thereafter, Mr. Traiser has represented and advised several companies in the sale of their respective tower portfolios, including Shared Towers, LLC, Intellicom, Central States Tower Holdings, LLC, and National Communication Towers, LLC. In addition, Mr. Traiser has personally acquired, developed, leased and sold several communication towers for his personal portfolio.
